What we collect

Through the consultation request form we collect only:

• Your name, mobile number and city
• The program you are interested in and your preferred call time
• The date and time you gave consent, and the version of this notice you agreed to

We do not ask for medical history, reports or medication details on this website. Those are discussed during your consultation.

Why we use it

We use these details only to contact you about booking a consultation. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with other businesses.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored on Amazon Web Services in the Mumbai region (ap-south-1), India, encrypted at rest. A notification email with your submitted details is sent to our team inbox.

WhatsApp

If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under its own privacy policy. This website only opens WhatsApp for you; it does not send any data to WhatsApp by itself.

How long we keep it

Consultation requests are deleted automatically 180 days after submission unless you become a client, in which case client records are kept as required for your care and by law.

Your rights
